Multi-site temperature monitoring for fixed equipment and transport scenarios

SYNLAB Opale Medical Biology Laboratory has 40 years of experience, applying new technologies for medical biology purposes. SYNLAB has nine laboratories in France’s Opale Coast area and over 80 employees.

The laboratory was looking for a technical solution to monitor temperature at a total of nine different sites. They also needed to ensure temperature traceability in vehicles using mobile data loggers.

Importantly, the implemented solution had to respect ISO 15189 standard requirements for quality and competence for medical laboratories.

The various equipment at the nine sites was set up with OCEASOFT’s Cobalt 2 solution, totaling over 100 measurement points.
